J. Patrick & Associates was engaged to recruit for multiple, non-overlapping searches for Audiovisual Engineering and AV Technical talent in the extremely competitive Greater Boston market.

By partnering with this firm’s AV Sales Engineering, Field Operations, Project Management and Human Resources teams,  J. Patrick built a strong pipeline of candidates for a geographically-dispersed team and closed placements in a highly competitive talent market.

Audiovisual Design Engineer

A member of the Pre-Sales team who handles all technical aspects of the sales process, including problem and goal discovery, solutions design, pricing, RFP response, presentations to technical and business unit management clients.  The AV Design Engineer creates and manages AV construction-related system documents using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and assorted product-specific applications, and is fully-involved in the post-sales delivery of client projects.

Audiovisual Integration Technician

The technician responsible for the build of Audio/Video subassemblies and systems including elevation of AV equipment racks, termination, and dress of cables, configuration, troubleshooting, and final testing of installed AV systems.

Audiovisual Senior Systems Engineer

A member of the Hardware R&D team focused on design & support activities related to surgical integration products

AV CAD Drafter and Construction Site Planner

This role creates and manages infrastructure-related system design documents using AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and assorted product-specific applications and works with Architects, contractors, and internal departments to deliver quality results .
